About the Property

Continental is a manufactured home community located in the coastal Central California town of Lompoc. The community is in a secluded residential area not far from the beach, the downtown area, and the local high school. A playground and a clubhouse suitable for gatherings are located on the grounds. Some of the homes appliances include dishwashers and microwave ovens. Each home has its own yard and parking.

About Lompoc: The municipality is adjacent to Vandenberg Space Force and agricultural areas devoted to the cultivation of flowers and wine grapes. Santa Ynez Valley is home to a major winemaking region made famous by the movie Sideways.The Chumash Casino Resort in Santa Ynez offers gaming, entertainment, and a spa. The quaint Danish village of Solvang lies just to the East, while Santa Barbara is about an hour's drive down Highway 101.
