Each Western Management community has its own on-site management team (a couple of our small properties are exceptions). Our managers have a personal stake in the community because they live and work there. And since they are close by and accessible, they are better able to provide timely services and resolve any issues that might arise.
The on-site managers are responsible for regular maintenance, repairs, landscaping and common area upkeep, amenity operation and safety, utilities and RV hookups, tenant selection, lease processing and renewal, rent collection, policy enforcement, and general oversight and problem resolution. They take pride in fostering a pleasant community and serving residents in a friendly, professional manner.
To make it convenient for residents to request non-emergency maintenance services, we provide an online resident Web portal that allows you to submit service issues. If you do not have access to the Web portal, you can also submit an online maintenance request form. Residents can also contact managers directly via phone or email to request emergency or non-emergency services. If the situation is urgent, emergency procedures are in place for contacting managers for services during non-business hours.
